Where are Coconut Road & Coconut Mountain View located?
Coconut Road and Coconut Viewdeck are located about 25 minutes from General Luna.
To reach these spots, you can follow the Google Maps locations below. You will take the main road out of General Luna heading towards Dapa.
You will then take a right onto the Siargao Circumferential Road going east up the island. Both Coconut Road and Coconut Mountain View are located on this road.
In general, most of the main Siargao tourist spots can be reached by following this round around the island.
You are bound to pass these two locations unintentionally when visiting other places in Siargao, such as Magpupungko Rock Pools or one of the beautiful beaches towards the north of the island.
Just after driving down Coconut Road, you will reach the Maasin River. The proximity of Coconut Road, Coconut Viewdeck, and Maasin River means they can be visited together as part of a DIY land tour.

Coconut Road Siargao
Coconut Road is quite possibly the most photogenic and aesthetically pleasing road on the island.
Lined with endless coconut palms, cruising down this stretch on a motorbike is easily one of the best things to do in Siargao.
While there are plenty of palm-lined roads across the island, this one stands out as the most iconic.
You’ll likely pass through Coconut Road on the way to other popular attractions, but it’s well worth slowing down to take it all in.

It’s an unbeatable photography spot, especially if you have a drone. Seeing the sea of coconut trees from above is truly spectacular.
Photographers and nature lovers shouldn’t miss the chance to experience this stunning palm tree road – and if you happen to ride through when it’s empty, it’s a true main-character moment.
How to get to Coconut Road
You are bound to recognise this picturesque road when cruising through it on your way to other Siargao tourist spots.
However, in case you don’t, you can follow the location called ‘Coconut Road’ on Google Maps to reach the road.

Coconut View Deck Siargao
Another one of Siargao’s most iconic attractions is the Coconut View Deck, also known as Coconut Mountain View.
When people say Siargao is covered in palm trees, this is the place that truly proves it.
From this elevated viewpoint, endless coconut trees stretch as far as the eye can see, creating one of the most impressive landscapes on the island.
Beyond the tropical scenery, coconut trees are a huge part of daily life in Siargao and a vital source of income for local communities.
Seeing them on this scale is genuinely breathtaking, and photos simply don’t do it justice.

The first time we came, it was pouring down, so we couldn’t truly appreciate the landscape. We camped out in the small restaurant behind, which sells food and refreshments at a very reasonable price.
Since the view deck sits right along the main road, it’s almost impossible to miss when exploring the island.
Luckily, we caught the coconut view deck again on our way back from Pamomoan Beach & Sugba Lagoon at sunset.
This time, the viewpoint was lively and full of people, and the warm evening light made the scenery even more beautiful. I’d really recommend visiting at this time.

How to get to Coconut Mountain View
Follow the Google Maps location above ‘Coconut Plantation View Deck’.
Keep an eye out for the bikes parked up and people gathering by the side of the road to know when you’re in the right place.
Coconut View Deck is not so much a deck, but more a spot on the side of the road.

What is Coconut Mountain View?
Coconut Mountain View is exactly the same as Coconut View Deck. The viewing platform is on the side of the road where you can see thousands of palm trees.

The iconic bent palm tree is one of the most famous coconut trees in the Philippines. It is located just 5 minutes away from Coconut Road and Coconut Viewdeck over the Maasin River.
